Rigel Server [Resolved]

We are aware of performance issues with rigel and are working on a solution for this, apologies for the issue in the meantime. [update 17:15 10Jan] We commissioned a new quad core server for Rigel last night which was delivered this morning. We have been preparing that today and restoring the backup. Once that is done we will perform a final sync copy of data and put the new server live. [update 12:30 11Jan] Unfortunately yesterdays restore operation failed at 98% which has set us back. The new Rigel server should be up and running today. We apologise for technical delays in resolving this issue. Sites are still working on the old box, however IO is very high and causing delay issues. [update 2am 12Jan] As of around 6pm last night the new server went live for Rigel domains, which had been migrated over during the afternoon. A further sync is running overnight to ensure all files are latest versions from the old server. If you have any sites with issues place a support ticket.
