We are still experiencing issues with Vega, engineers are working on the problem now. [Update 04:35 Tue] We have suspended a domain on this server that, even after a big ram upgrade, was monopolising resources in such a severe way it was causing the server to crash intermittently. Since suspending the site the server has performed admirably so there shouldnt be any further issues. more Vrack 5 Servers [Resolved]

We have issues with RIGEL server - engineers are aware of this and working on the server. [UPDATE 11:50] There were a couple of sites that were monopolising resources which caused the issue. We have increased resource in this server and will monitor it ongoing. If the sites in question cause further issues we will suspend them. more RIGEL Server [RESOLVED]

We are aware of issues with RIGEL server this morning, engineers are working on this and hope to have back functioning correctly soon. Due to the issues with the mailserver the anti spam systems were down for a couple of days. We have now reisntalled the systems, but clietns may still received spam held in the backup mailserver - but hopefully the number of spams will start to reduce drastically going forward. [Update] The anti spam system was reinstalled on late Friday so spams should be reducing now. more Stored Mail missing

We have a major outage due to Windows corruption on the Mailserver which is causing a lengthy outage of email and also the MySQL server. Please click for full explanation. We are having issues at present with some servers refusing to install latest windows updates. Engineers are aware of this and working on solutions. Some sites are down in the meantime. more
